Adunni Global Solutions was conceived in June 2000. It started as an NGO ( Not For Profit ) by Ms. Damilola Dipeolu, the first President of the healthcare organization. Ms. Dipeolu is a leader and a qualified fraud cybersecurity expert.

She has a passion for helping people, so she started Adunni Global Solutions (Formerly called Adunni Healthcare Services) in collaboration with the Vice-President Ms. Lewis Odinkemere, a seasoned nurse with a deep passion and love for nursing.
